Renowned actor Kirk Cameron has unveiled his latest initiative aimed at creating enriching and high-quality content for children, with the goal of offering an alternative to the prevalent woke narratives found in children's shows.

“Parents and grandparents are sickened and tired of their children being attacked by the woke wolves of Hollywood,” Cameron told Fox News in a statement.

With a history of dedication to his cause, Cameron has been actively involved in combating worrisome trends such as "drag queen story time" and the proliferation of explicit content like "Genderqueer" in schools. 
 

Book readings

He has introduced book readings that focus on faith-based stories for children. At a gathering in Indianapolis, more than 2,500 people attended one of these sessions. 
 

Fresh partnership

Cameron has now revealed a fresh partnership with Brave Books for an original live-action children's TV show called "Adventures with Iggy and Mr. Kirk."

“It’s not just time to take back our libraries and literature. It’s time to take back every area of culture that these animals have devoured,” the actor told Fox News. “Good families are looking for entertainment they can trust – stories that teach children biblically based moral values.”

Veteran puppeteer

The show will star Cameron as “Mr. Kirk,” while veteran puppeteer John Kennedy will be handling “Iggy the Iguana.” Kennedy has more than two decades of experience with programs such as “Sesame Street” and “The Muppets,” the team noted in a press release.
