Douglas J. Jobson, the county Legislature's deputy minority leader, is working on a loan modification for his house on Hoke Drive after it went through foreclosure and an auction in March. Rockland County officials said foreclosures have outpaced 2015 for the first quarter. There have been 147 foreclosures from January to March, compared to 109 last year, lohud.com says.
